I love you...and you...and you...

Ahhh yes. That yucky โ€œloveโ€ word.

So much power comes from one little pretty four letter word. So much healing, so much strength and sometimes so much fear.

A few years back I got myself into a little pickle that eventually changed ๐ธ๐“‹๐‘’๐“‡๐“Ž๐“‰๐’ฝ๐’พ๐“ƒ๐‘” because I told someone that I loved them and they made me feel bad for it. So I stopped saying it for a long time.

It became a โ€œnot so prettyโ€ four letter word and I was afraid to say it even when I wanted to shout it from the rooftops. (What does that even mean. I would probably call the police if my neighbor was on her rooftop shouting anything at all but you get the drift...) In time and with a tribe of people who made me feel loved and made it feel safe to love, I was able to say โ€œI love youโ€ freely again ๐Ÿ’—

Itโ€™s ok to tell someone you love them. They might need to hear it more than you know. You might need for them to hear it more than they know. It doesnโ€™t mean youโ€™re romantically in โ€œloveโ€ with someone. It means whatever you want it to mean. Imagine a world where we can just love one another and openly tell each other (hint...we live in this world so letโ€™s take advantage of it) ๐Ÿ’ซ
