Let's Move

Repeat after me (seriously, out loud if you can)

“I am not stuck. I am capable of changing my situation and I can start right now”

There, now doesn’t that feel better just 𝓀𝓃𝑜𝓌𝒾𝓃𝑔 that you can start to change something that isn’t working for you RIGHT NOW?

And friends...you can change ANYTHING that isn’t serving you anymore. Career/job,location, mind set,relationships, lifestyle...anything that doesn’t “feel ok” anymore can (and should be) be changed.

Is it going to be hard? Hell yes. Is it going to take effort? More than you even know yet. Is it going to be the most rewarding thing you’ve ever done? You bet.

But here’s the thing- you can wish & pray & think about & long for change but if you don’t start to move in some way you will spin your wheels. 𝐹𝑜𝓇𝓌𝒶𝓇𝒹𝓂𝑜𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 𝓇𝑒𝓆𝓊𝒾𝓇𝑒𝓈 𝓂𝑜𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃!

When we talk about “moving”I want you to understand exactly what I mean. Moving doesn’t mean you’re packing the U-haul (yet) or putting your 2 weeks in without a plan. Making moves to begin forward motion can mean that you are doing some research, looking into things, find out information, making a starting plan. Begin your foreword motion today. Move a little. Take a walk and move your body and think about your step 1.
