Like Shakira said- Whoever, Whatever...or something like that

Good Morning sweet friends!

It’s been a couple of weeks of tense times hasn’t it? I’ll be honest, I didn’t really know what to say. So I listened to my heart and just like my Grandma Fish would do, I kept quiet.

I do that sometimes- dig inward really deeply and find a warm comfy space to hide in. Especially when the world feels so.darn.toxic.

Sound familiar?

The problem with staying in that space for too long is that

1. We have a false sense of security

2. We stop sharing our heart with others

3. That in turn leads us to worrying about what others think (again)

Well gosh darn it, we have worked too hard to go backwards and we certainly can’t worry about what others think when the world needs us more than ever right now!!!

I can’t say this enough- this is the time to 𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓁𝓁𝓎 use what the good Lord gave us. This is also not the time to give two darns about what anyone else thinks about it.

Do you think I cared about others opinions when I joined a band, quit my secure job in the medical field to open a hair studio, wrote a book about all of my good and not so good moments in my life, became a personal development coach, decided to start a podcast & launch a coffee company?? (Ooohhh was that just an announcement 🤭☕️💫)

Do you know how many people probably shake their head and think I’m crazy? Lots...Do you know how many of those opinions have furthered my goals, dreams and success? Not a one....

𝐿𝑒𝓉 𝓌𝒽𝑜𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓇 𝓉𝒽𝒾𝓃𝓀 𝓌𝒽𝒶𝓉𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓇

It’s time to get mighty clear on who we are, what it is that brings us joy and who is in our corner cheering us on. Anyone else can think whatever, whenever, however. If you know it’s right deep down in that belly of yours then you go and do you!
