Pause A Little

I had to hit pause yesterday ⏸

I’m a victim of the “grind until you fall over” lifestyle.

I try to teach that balance is key 🔑 but sometimes we forget to practice what we preach and yesterday I had to hit pause.

See, the pause button...it’s fancy. It isn’t stop 🛑 oh no..none of that crazy stuff. It just simply suspends you in time, allowing you to rest a spell and then pick right back up where you left off.

Whether you’re in the middle of making huge decisions, hustling to hit those goals, running around trying to get littles where they need to be and keep them healthy at the same time or just simply trying to keep up with this fast paced life, I’m here to tell you, it’s ok to rest. It’s ok to pause and guess what... 𝒯𝒽𝑒𝓇𝑒’𝓈 𝓃𝑜 𝓉𝒾𝓂𝑒 𝓁𝒾𝓂𝒾𝓉!
