When Women Shine

There’s something almost magical that happens when women gather.

Not the kind of “networking event” magic that comes with name tags and awkward handshakes, but the kind that feels like home, like exhaling after holding your breath for too long.

That’s what I wanted to create when I dreamed up GLOW.

See, I’ve spent years watching women, myself included, carry the weight of everything and everyone. We pour and pour until our cup is bone dry and then wonder why we feel dim. We’re mothers, partners, business owners, caregivers, daughters, friends... and somewhere along the way, our own light gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

I created the GLOW Women's Event because I believe women shine brightest when they’re given the space to be seen, supported, and inspired.

Not judged. Not compared. Just seen.

GLOW isn’t a conference. It’s not a pep rally or a day of motivational quotes and sparkly journals (though let’s be honest, there are sparkles).

It’s a pause.

A deep breath.

A day to refuel the parts of you that the world has been tugging on for far too long.

For me, it’s more than an event, it’s a movement.

It’s about women walking away not just encouraged for a day, but equipped... with tools, with connections, with courage.

I’ve seen women walk into that room unsure of themselves and walk out with new friends, fresh ideas, and tears that mean “I finally remembered who I am.”

That’s the GLOW I dreamed of. That’s what keeps me coming back, planning, building, believing.

Because when one-woman shines, she lights the path for another. And before you know it… the whole room glows.
